On average it takes 2 weeks to set up an EHS Intranet. Whether we use a stand-alone site or integrate the Intranet with your existing SharePoint is your choice. There are advantages to both approaches. These can be discussed with your consultant in advance. We first complete a gap analysis. This dictates what needs to be done to achieve full compliance and meet your internal expectations. Once we sign you up, we set about creating your Intranet which will house all EHS documentation and records. We create an easy to navigate website. This IS NOT another version of Drop Box or other cloud storage 'file dumps'. It is a carefully crafted site which allows anyone to locate EHS documentation and records in a couple of clicks. All regulatory documentation requiring sign off is easily retrievable. Reports are automatically generated and can be viewed/downloaded in real time. Our approach lends itself very well to third party audits with all relevant information available from one source. If you are working towards achieving ISO9001, 45001 and 14001, or already have it, our systems provide an excellent framework around which to achieve your strategic goals.
It costs €2,500 to set up your system if built on a stand alone managed website. This reduces to €2,000 if we use your existing SharePoint system. You pay a monthly subscription of €480 thereafter.
Your initial outlay is either €2,000 or €2,500 depending on how you choose to host the system. The price difference of €500 is due to hosting costs and additional setup and build time. There are no other hidden costs. You get to choose where you want it hosted.
